Returns and Refunds

 

 

 

Our products are made with all-natural raw-materials, using natural dyes and dyeing techniques, and utilising elements of traditional Indian handcraftsmanship. As a result of using natural dyes and hand printing techniques, the colours may transfer on to light-coloured fabrics upon wet or dry contact. This colour transfer will reduce with a few washes, however as a precaution, it is best to wash our products separately with cold-water, the first few times. Furthermore, the colour of the products may vary slightly from what you have seen on your screen. Neither of the above can be cited as reasons for Returns.Once an order has been placed with us, it cannot be cancelled. However, we do accept returns within 14 days (this includes holidays and weekends) of receipt of the order.We take great care  and pride in the packaging of our orders, so if your order is in bad condition or appears to have been tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the order and return the package to the delivery associate. After which, you should send us an email to contactus@annasun.in containing your Order ID, a description of what was amiss with the order and if possible, a picture of the discrepancy. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost as soon as possible.

All the products being returned for any other reason should have all their tags attached and intact, and the products should be returned in their original packaging. The Returns and Refunds Form should also be filled out and sent with the returned products.

The products to be returned to us, should be couriered by Registered Indian Post, and we will reimburse you the return courier charges, to the maximum amount of Rs. 200. In order to be reimbursed for courier charges, we will require you to send us a scanned copy of the courier receipt along with your Order ID, and the number and names of products being returned to contactus@annasun.in 

Order Refunds will only be initiated once we have received the returned goods.

Once the condition of the returned goods have been deemed acceptable, we will initiate the refund process, and transfer the amount to account provided in the Returns and Refunds Form.

However, we do offer the option of a refund in the form of store credit. If you opt to be refunded with store credit, we will add an additional 25% of the total refundable amount, in the form of store credit to your Anna Sun account.
